The situation for the Spanish community may be a bit different from the 
others here as it's quiet necessary that it distinguished clearly from 
the OOo Spanish one. So Daniel, please just tell us what if you can 
still use the Spanish forum that exist for OOo or if you need LibO 
dedicated one.

yes, we already have localized irc channed (#libreoffice-fr for 
example), you can create yours in the same model, no problem.

imho that would be the best too. Or the question is: do you need TDF 
support you with providing this for you?
