Why not just get a free one from StartSSL?

Why do people talk, but don't bother to actually check the
certificate, and read what was written already?

It /is/ already using one from StartSSL - it is a StartCom Class 2 certificate.

If this is the case, why would users still be encountering the error?
Is it a certificate configuration problem?
