Hi,

As the audio quality went from horribly choppy to perfect when Ivan

the phone and thus triggering an echo-loop that the echo-avoidance
algorithm couldn't cope with/recover from.

sorry there have been issued. The Skype service is sometimes unreliable (and for me causes lots of echoes), but all other numbers seem to work fine. We didn't have an issue in the past so far, so it might be really related to hands-free mode or unmuted mic on one side.

Might be indeed a coincidence, but that's what I would try.

Sorry you had issues... :/
