Sounds great! Although the sites get better and better, I'm sure there
will be further improvement proposals to be discussed or "collected" to
get them implemented at once. Or, they might be discussed in website
phone calls ... plenty of opportunities :-)

Website phone calls? There's an interesting idea... (or IRC meetings?)

I quickly drafted a page that makes use of "categories" that served very
well in the past (e.g. Editorial content vs. Interaction Design).

Here it is:
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Website/Development

I hope this will be helpful - the basic structure already provides
sorting of the tables and such stuff. To me, it is a starting point ...

Great! I was planning on setting up a suggestions page, but this is
far better than what I would have produced. Thanks!

I also added a link from the main website wiki page, but the rest of the
information there seems to be outdated ... could anybody have a look at
that, please?

It is outdated, and it seems to reflect the murky Silverstripe/Drupal
situation (I can't remember if this has been resolved or not; in any
case, I'm probably not the right person to do it). If I were a new
contributor, I would not feel very confident about contributing to
this project given the first few lines.

Maybe it would be best to start with a blank slate for that page...
but then we should wait until after the upcoming SC meeting.

Regards,
Ivan.
