Erich answered that already (was set to the wrong theme apparently).

And yes, the footer is (at least currently) not meant to be translated.

The download page is using the "DownloadPage" type, the list of
downloads is automatically generated then. You can for example
translate the text in the main site, and then use a "subsite virtual
page" in hu that links to the translation on the main site.

If you want to translate text of the automatically generated part,
then you'd need to send me the strings, I'll then turn them into
translatable strings.
