Even if you are sorting by the iso-code please capitalize the language
names. I don't know the rules in other languages but in English and
Portuguese, language names as well as country names are supposed to be
capitalized.

Just to support the capitalized names. In German the language names and
country names are capitalized.
ah, just out of curiosity how do you identified German spoken in Austria
or Belgium for example ? for me, English speaking in United States would
en_US and in Great Britain would be en_GB.
