Hello,

maybe someone wants to have a look at this?

Hello, I hope this is the appropriate address for this, I just want to
suggest that you include something in the FAQ page (especially since
many if not most of us already have OpenOffice). My questions would be:
1: Does OpenOffice need to be uninstalled prior to installing
LibreOffice (beta3);
or can they run concurrently?
2: Should this be done manually, or does the LibreOffice installation
automatically handle uninstalling OpenOffice?
3: Does LibreOffice make use of, or require, Java or the JRE for correct
operation?
4: If "3" is yes, does LibreOffice handle that download and installation?
I hope this has been a help and not a distraction from your very
important tasks.
Thank you.
Michael
