Ok, I know there will be a collective "sigh" from the list. IMO, we
should be following the ISO convention on date and time formats which
are YYYY/MM/DD and hh:mm:ss. As we are an advocates of the ISO ODF
document formats we should also champion the other ISO conventions as well.
The ISO date format is quite clear and understandable by everyone.
Just my opinion.
