Yes, it´s the search for pages by their name, in contrast to the
text search http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Special:Search
Other MediaWiki installations have a search function, that first
checks if there is a matching page name and, if not, automatically
performs a text search.
IMO it would meet the users expectations, if we had it this way.
