I suppose you're thinking to right-click at the Available Fields list and
want to add columns from the spreadsheet, right?
Such a view can be useful.
If you talk about adding the available field to row/column/data,
as an alternative to drag 'n drop, it could be an accessibility enhancement.
Thanks that you can think also in this direction.
You want to filter before creating the chart?
Filter criteria will occasionally be adjusted after the creation of a pivot
table, won't they?
This function is not related to the fields and therefore not suited for a context menu
I suggest to reconsider this view.
