Well i think dynamically hiding the icon would be a great idea if the standard
toolbar wasnt unified across multiple documents. Presently if i have one edit
mode document and a second read-only mode document open and i change the
standard toolbar in one, it will change in the other.

Regarding bug 80536, after looking over the menus again, I guess it might be
better to be included in the Edit menu. When i suggested it be in the View
menu, I was taking it from the point of view that when its in read-only mode,
you are viewing the document in that manner, as the view of the interface
changes, similar to how the view of the interface changes when you go for print
or web layout.
