Thank you very much for your response and the website for download.  I did
not know that LibreOffice is free. I will try to download it this afternoon.

The reason that I sent you Microsoft one-time code was because yesterday
after I had the problem, I requested help. What I received was the one-time
code from Microsoft, which did not work. I thought your company has some
kind of connection with Microsoft.

The truth is that I chose to use LibreOffice for being away from Microsoft.
It seems that someone who is selling LibreOffice on Amazon might have a
connection with Microsoft.

more preferable to download it for free from the official website:

Perhaps if you try the latest version (26.2.4) from there it will fix
your issues with opening saved files.
