Hi,

You don’t need to purchase LibreOffice from Amazon to use it. It is much
more preferable to download it for free from the official website:

https://www.libreoffice.org/download/

Perhaps if you try the latest version (26.2.4) from there it will fix
your issues with opening saved files.
