When you say OCR, I assume you mean Optical
Character Resolution. Is the software really
called OCR, or is it gscan2pdf (ver 2.12.6)?
Or perhaps it is called something else?
If the source file is a PDF, sometimes you can
just copy the text right out of the document.
If that can't be done, you can convert PDF to
JPG (or some raster format) and OCR that document.
Are you on Linux or windows?

I can't get along with the technology. My problem is a PDF open in the OCR. I don't know how I can
do it. Every time I have to use a foreign program that is sometimes complicated. Do I have to buy a
program or is it also possible with yours? I would be grateful for a hint!
