[libreoffice-users] Question on process to sort two sets of data.

Have a data set has quarterly staffing patterns.
Since records are added and deleted between quarters.

Sorting the data sets thus does not have records line up, so 
currently have to manually insert  blank cells to get the matching 
records by name to line up.

Don't know if there is some process that might automate this 
process. Only happens every 3 months, but  thought there might be 
process.
