I don't know which operating system you are using, so I'll assume it's Linux.

In Linux you have to open a terminal window, then enter the following commands:

cd <the_folder_where_appimage_is_in>
chmod +x <appimage_file_full_name>
./<appimage_file_full_name>

This is the way to get errors on command line.

When I tried to execute applmage the Applmage from a command line. The response was Applmage is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file. What does that tell you ? I can not do much of anything in Writer. Please help me. I am desperate for a solution. Thank you.
