Yes, you can. LibreOffice has a "Text along path" feature.

Thanks. I tried to use the Fontwork, the last one is the Donut circle, but I cannot change its font and font size... Here are 2 of the simplest diagrams (disregard color effects, which I co not remember how I did them):
