Scroll to page 28.
There is a text content "Drucken über Textfelder" (formatted blue).
Click on this.
Will show page 593 afterwords with header "Drucken über Textfelder".

I have choosed no special option for getting this working.
This I could found in export dialog for PDF:
General → Structure → Export outlines
Links → General → Export URLs relative to file system
Links → Cross-document Links → Default mode

Think all this will be the defaoult values because I hadn't ever changedanything in folder "Links".
