It has been two days, but there are no replies.
Does that possibly mean nobody knows?
I have been reading to the available documentation, but cannot find 
anything helpful there.
Somebody suggested to try ChatGPT. I did that, but the super clever 
robot could present only
things I already know / tried.

Trying to insert a TOC and getting either too much of everything or 
nothing at all is really frustrating.
I would like to believe, there is an easy trick I just cannot figure out.
Since I actually succeeded setting the desired TOC up for 2 chapters, it 
IS apparently possible.
Question now is, why does it work in one chapter, but not in another.

If you have any ideas, please let me know.
