Help files are part of libreoffice-l10n-en or other local packages in 
OpenSUSE.

German version if for LO 24.2. I will update to LO 24.8 in next weeks, 
but there are not so much added contents yet.

English translationis from a very old version of Base Handbuch. Might be 
about LO 6.0 … German Base Handbuch has about 720 pages.
