Try to reinstall the Help of LO.
There should be a comnplete help in
/usr/share/libreoffice/help
and it is linked to
/usr/lib64/libreoffice/help

I tried that (from OpenSUSE) with no success. 

By the way, I assume your wonderful Base Handbook is still at V7.4.
Right?
