[libreoffice-users] Video on Impress (Linux OS 7.0.4.2) causes CPU to race

I embedded a .webm video in an Impress slide and went it runs, there is some "fluttering" and the CPU frequency and usage climbs from 2% to 24% before I stop it from running. The same video runs fine as a nonembeded hyperlink via VLC or mpv. Couldn't find other reports of this occurring. Appreciate advice, suggestions. Thanks.
