Hallo. I use LO on Ubuntu 22.04 with budget desktop. I had that issue sometimes with writer using 
previous versione of budget desktop. So It seems a problem related to desktop environment, I guess.

I'm on Fedora 36 using KDE and the version of libreoffice provided with 
the distribution which is 7.3.6.2 and I don't see the issue, but then I 
also haven't done any configuration of writer as yet.

Version: 7.3.6.2
Build ID: 30(Build:2)
CPU threads: 32; OS: Linux 5.19; UI render: default; VCL: kf5 (cairo+xcb)
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded
