You can select entire sheets, then set autowrap. You'll have to do this once per sheet, but that shouldn't be too much. On the Right side of the screen you should see the "Navigator". In the "styles" tab of the Navigator, you should see "Default" at the top. right click on that. But that won't affect all the manual overrides that are already in place.
