Hi. Yes, I can confirm. I have LO 7.3.0.3 on ubuntu 20.04. When I press F1, it opens a browser with address: file:///tmp/lu18302293odos5.tmp/NewHelp0.html and says 'file not found'. One problem can be that the directory 'temp' is virtualized on my os, so it is cleared at every reboot. May be choose another location.
