Repost - does anyone know how to set up a text frame like this?

I tried that one (text box), but it didn't stay in place when I tried
to paste the copied text into it.

I'd hate to have to use Word for this...

Thanks.

I have a background image that consume the top and left side of every
page in the document, which is what I want.

However, I can't seem to expand the left margin so that it sits inside
the image frame and make it stick when I paste the clipboard contents
on the page. The paste spills all over the left side image.

What's the best way to do this?

I'm using LO 6.06 on Xubuntu 18.04.

Thanks.
