[libreoffice-users] Writer Document is dark

I have been editing a document that I created. When I opened it to finish the last of the editing, It unusable. The pages are dark in a graduating way. The top is unreadable and gradually it lightens towards the bottom. I dread having to edit it again. I worked for hours on the file. Has anyone had this happen? Is there a way to fix it?
