That's what worked for me.

View > Navigator, or press F5 (the shortcut shown next to that option on 
the view menu). It's also one of the options on the sidebar.

I don't have a copy of 5.2 around to check, but I'd assume it would be 
similar to either 5.1 or 5.3.
