The usability issue might be related to the fact that it is an online service, and is subject to bandwidth and computing power restriction. To truly evaluate such service, it might be better to just grab the code and deploy it in local. At least on-line at open365.io it seems completely unusable. Though you can access the KDE, the application simply never comes up. And documentation requires that you open the application, rofl...
