This is not enough. These data are too bad.
menu:Find&Replace...
Additional Options
[X] Regular Expressions
Search: ^\s*\(([[:digit:].]+)\s*%\s*\)\s*$
Replace: $1%
[Replace All]

And replace all Rp with nothing in order to get the numbers.
