Hi.
Just to let you know this problem is, AFAIK, not specific to Windows.
I'm running Arch Linux with KDE, and each time I'm opening a password
protected spreadsheet, I need to look in my task bar and click on
LibreOffice because the dialogbox does not go automatically in front
of all other windows, especially my file manager from where I opened
the document.
