No trouble at all.  Thanks for letting us know the answer.  

It's very unusual for a minor-point release (kinda like a "Service Pack" for those familiar with 
the MS way of doing things) to break something that worked on another version in the same branch 
but not impossible.  Usually they are only bug-fixes and patches for things that have been around 
for a while so they do not usually introduce new elements.  If downgrading to 4.0.3 fixed the 
problem then hopefully upgrading to the 4.0.6 will too when that comes out.  

Have you been able to post a bug-report to help the devs fix this issue faster?

Upgrade to 4.1.1 solves this problem. As I said earlier, this bug is not 
related to official build.
