I'm running OpenSUSE 12.3 on an x86-64. Downloaded RPM package (torrent)

How do I complete installation?

Are you installing 4.1.0 or 4.0.4?
4.1.0 no longer has the desktop-integration folder. The integration file[s] are not part of the original folder and should install with the rest of the RPM files.

Again though - likely that you need to purge your system first of any distro builds of LibreOffice as they can and often do conflict with the builds from TDF (libreoffice.org/download) - it's really best to wait until an official repository has 4.1 unless you know what you're doing and can do damage control if something goes wrong.
