Hi :) Ok, i had a quick go at this and got this result ... Slide_with_vanishing_content-rewritten.odp <http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/file/n4066261/Slide_with_vanishing_content-rewritten.odp> Errr, i don't really know my way around Impress yet so i couldn't get the same sky in as a background. Also didn't change any font colours or deal with object outlines or colours. Really kept it very straight-forwards apart from rearranging the main picture and main heading "to look interesting". The Pdf worked too! Slide_with_vanishing_content-rewritten.pdf <http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/file/n4066261/Slide_with_vanishing_content-rewritten.pdf> Only 60Kb and that with no compression at all! The Math equations are here. It was my first with Math. After i had put the whole slide together i realised that 18pt font was a touch too large (hence the "interesting arrangement") but the only way to change the size was to go back into each equation in Math and do Format - "Font size" but i had run out of steam and am getting funny looks from my boss already eqn1.odf <http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/file/n4066261/eqn1.odf> eqn2.odf <http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/file/n4066261/eqn2.odf> eqn3.odf <http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/file/n4066261/eqn3.odf> eqn4.odf <http://nabble.documentfoundation.org/file/n4066261/eqn4.odf> I've been meaning to try Math for quite some time but hadn't had an excuse before. The mark-up language is probably easier if you are familiar with using equations and the names of the Greek letters. Getting spaces in and wording kinda made sense but seemed a bit clunky. Can't really see a way around that though. The way it is set-up does have the advantage that you can space things out to make more sense. My 1st attempt looked a bit spaghetti-ish but it seemed to work.
