Sir, Madam,

I have been struggling, so far in vain, to replicate some letter templates that I have made in MS Word in a LibreOffice Writer template (or document).

The issues are:

 * Indicating that there is a subsequent page by printing "./." at the
bottom of the page. IF 'Page number' < 'Number of pages' THEN "./.".
 * Only when the number of pages is greater than one, printing "Page k
of n". IF 'Number of pages' > 1 THEN "Page k of n".
 * Printing some fixed (address data) and variable document data (e.g.
last edit date) only on the last page of the document.

I would appreciate a solution.

Kind regards,

Ed van Steijn
