Documents opened in LO are randomly listed in the window menu drop-down list.
Aren't they listed not randomly but in the order they were opened?
Since I use a great number of different documents, this randomness
makes it difficult to find the correct document and is prone to
error. Is there, or are there, options for listing these alphabetically?
Not that I know of.
Workarounds:
o Open documents carefully in the required order.
o Rename documents (temporarily?) to make their names more clearly
distinguishable and less likely to be confused.
o Close documents that you are not immediately working on.
o If the problem is that you start to modify the wrong document but
you need it open to read or to copy from, consider clicking the Edit
File button in the Standard toolbar, to render it temporarily read-only.
I trust this helps.
