Hi :)
Yes, that's a problem if you have upload caps but the download size is not really any larger this 
way.  The torrent file is so tiny it really doesn't have much effect.  

Usually caps are on download per month so greater bandwidth for shorter time doesn't usually hurt, 
does it?
