Templates ... Organize, but File ... Templates doesn't exist.

New template manager will fire up, which gives you opportunity to change
default template.
This does not work.
The File -> New menu has a "Tamplates" option, but all that does is go
to a window where you can select a specific template that, as far as I
can see, consists only of templates I have already created.
In my Writer, I see four tabs (Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations
and Drawings), and under Documents there are two widgets - one marked
"My Templates" and one marked MediaWiki.
There does not appear to be any access to any default template.
