Hi

Just downloaded and installed LibO4.0 on Linux Mint.

First congrats on reaching this milestone - well done and thanks!!

However ... a problem: LibO writer has crashed twice in the last five minutes and although some of the lost materials were recovered, it is an issue of concern for me if this is going to continue happening.

How can I (a) stop it from crashing and/ or (b) provide useful feedback to developers to ensure that this doesn't continue to occur?

Cheers

Using Mint Maya and LO 4.0 I have had no problems with the final release. Try renaming the user profile which is in /home/user/Documents/.config/libreoffice/4 to /home/user/Documents/.config/4-old. LO will rebuild the 4 folder if it is not present. Often this fixes the problem. Not user is your username

Folders and files with .name are hidden so in your file manager (Nemo/Nautilus) click show hidden files.

Since I had the RC installed I did a complete uninstall of all versions of LO installed. Then installed everything including help files and the SDK.
