We have created a Calc spreadsheet and want to show the time in the header.
When we print the sheet, the time shows military time. Is there a way to
change that to show 12 hour time? I know that we would have to enter am or
pm if needed.

Short answer: no. I opened a spreadsheet and added a header to it. I could not see any way to change the time format either. I know there is for a text document, but someone forgot to enable this for a Calc Header or Footer.
