AFAIK there's no built-in log feature.

yes, much can be done, but automatic (facultative) software crash reports (different softwares in
case of crash show a window asking 'do you want to tell the community about this problem ?' or
similar) and (facultative) error logs should be considered. privacy and networks can be ensured by
disabling such features (but I would for sure enabke them).
