[libreoffice-users] [Writer/Draw] How to insert fields into graphic?

Hallo everyone.
I'm preparing a software manual with dozens of print screens. Each of 
them consist of several additional rectangle frames. These frames are 
placed to mark out some regions of the print screens (windows elements, 
menus, etc.). Frames are numbered and these numbers refer to certain 
parts of text. So far I was inserting them manually but it becomes quite 
difficult to control them. Is there any way to do so more less 
automatically? Is it possible to insert fields with numbers into 
graphics and have them linked to text? Thank you very much in advance
