I am not able to reproduce the problem with on Linux Mint 13.
Can you post either the actual before/after files on Nabble or an
example set?

I have reproduced this on two different computers, both running:

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open Bulletproof_Blues_CSH_b0.11.ods in LibreOffice calc.
Note that on sheet "Attributes", in the column "Benchmark", it says
    "Lift: 225 lbs.".
Note that sheet "Tables" has a number of named ranges
    ("ATTRIBUTE_LIST", for example).

2) Delete sheet 'PrintSheet".

3) Save document as Bulletproof_Blues_CSH_b0.12.ods

4) Close LibreOffice Calc.

5) Open LibreOffice Calc.

6) Open Bulletproof_Blues_CSH_b0.12.ods in LibreOffice calc.

7) Note that sheet on "Attributes", in the column "Benchmark", it says
Note that many -- but not all -- of the named ranges on sheet
"Tables" are no longer defined ("ATTRIBUTE_LIST", for example).

Kind regards,
Brandon Blackmoor
