If it is a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system the path to the profile is a s
listed. It may be "hidden".

To unhide open Windows Explorer shell -> Tools -> Folder Options -> View 
and in the Advanced settings section tic the radio button "Show hidden
files, folders, and drives"

The per-user C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice  folder should
become visible. Simply delete or rename it.

That should clear any misconfiguration of extensions.
