I think on Windows and on Gnu&Linux yiou can right-clcik on it's button (if it has one) in the
taskbar/panel (= that strip along the bottom of the screen in Xp that has the "Start" button and
the clock on it). If you right-click on the button there you get a choice to "Move". Don't press
any key or button just move the mouse back into the screen. I found it almost impossible not to
left-click to drag.
It might be easier to change the resolution of the montior to something really tiny and unreadable.
That might make it easier to drag the window into the right area and then reset your resolution. ;)

Because [Esc] takes you back to the edit window, I think that the print dialog is active but its
position is out of visible bounds.
Alt+Space_Key might open the window-menu for the active but hidden dialog. There you might find
some way to move it by means of arrow keys. I don't use Windows right now, so I can not test.
