Hi :)
I think it's not clear what the O.P. wanted.  Webmaster's collection is private but is mostly 
collected from a wide variety of free sites over the years.  Some of the fonts are proprietary but 
there are quite a lot of copy-left ones that are probably  free.  

I'm not sure if that helps at all !!

Law was set up in nineties or so and was created with paper messages in mind. 
In the meanwhile, Internet became common, and law was also applied to 
electronic messages (e-mail).
There are way too many people in Poland who can't configure their e-mail client 
to separate private messages from messages sent on behalf of companies they 
work for.
