And in the drop-down list of "Field name" choose "File", not "Operation".

I have been using spreadsheets for over 20 years (since Lotus123 for DOS) 
and I had never noticed this feature :) I always click on  Autofilter and
ignored the other options. Thank you both for the lesson!
