Hi :)
I don't know how to solve this.  Is the main Operating System set to French for some reason?  Is
that what was reported in the bug-report?  I take it you are using Windows Xp?

I guess you have already looked in
Tools - Options
and had a dig around the various sub-pgaes there?

Have you tried renaming your UserProfile?  That seems brilliant at fixing all sorts of really weird
errors

I forwarded the email back to the list because you had inadvertantly hijacked someone elses thread.
Hopefully i have disentangled them now.  To post a new question to a mailing list or a forum it is
usually best to start a new thread.  For this mailing list start a new fresh email rather than
clicking "Reply".  Then copy&paste (or type in) the email address for the list.  ANyway, don't
worry about that now as i have already sorted it this time, hopefully.

Good luck and regards from
Tom :)

Subject: [libreoffice-users] Sudden French keyboard
To: users@global.libreoffice.org

Using LibreOffice Writer 3.4.1 under Windows 7:

While working on a document, the keyboard will suddenly switch to a French
keyboard configuration.  The only option we have been able to find to switch back
to English is to shut down all LibreOffice windows and close all documents.

This has been marked solved in the forum:
http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=44239

However, we've tried that, and it doesn't work in our case.  Whenever we have
looked at it, it always shows "US English" even though the keyboard is operating
in French in LibreOffice Writer.  (Other programs do not appear to be affected.)
