Hi Dan,

Thank you very much. I would have thought it would be in the Standard Toolbar

I was just starting to go though all of the tool bars again when your message arrived.

It appears that the Formula tool bar is not activated by default - when I upgraded I did a totally clean install

Thanks for your help and all of the best
Preston

Hi,

I just upgraded to 3.5 RC3, loaded an existing spreadsheet to work on,
and I can not find the Data Entry window - if I place my cursor on a
cell with content I can not see a window where I can edit that content

I can not find an option that will allow me to make that window visible.

Maybe I just can not see for looking.

Help please

Preston

You are looking for the Formula Bar toolbar. To make it visible,
             View> Toolbars> Formula Bar.
