I am puzzled by one part. I want to sort the table of min values for first

How do I sort the data in LibreOffice?

It's burried under a cascade of dialogs. Click somewhere in the pilot, call Data>Pilot>Start... (or Start... from the context menu), then double-click any of the category fields (row, column or page fields) to get its properties. On that dialog there is another [Options...] button where you can define the sort order for the selected category or for any of the calculated data fields.
