I am puzzled by one part. I want to sort the table of min values for first from lowest to highest, but I cannot find how to so that. In the OO docs, it says right click in the pivot table and select properties, but I don't have that option ( http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/OOo3_User_Guides/Calc_Guide/Results_2). How do I sort the data in LibreOffice?
It's burried under a cascade of dialogs. Click somewhere in the pilot, call Data>Pilot>Start... (or Start... from the context menu), then double-click any of the category fields (row, column or page fields) to get its properties. On that dialog there is another [Options...] button where you can define the sort order for the selected category or for any of the calculated data fields.
